Ogden Street - Open to Local Traffic Only
Beginning April 9th Ogden Street will be under construction for approximately three weeks. During this time, the road will be open to local traffic only and a portion of Henry Street where it meets Ogden will be closed. Every effort will be made to maintain access to properties during construction . . . read letter from DPW.

Spring Cleanup April 1 - 25, 2024
Pick up of yard waste, that includes leaves and tree branches, begins April 1st with Burns Terrace and will end with Red Jacket Park. Material for pickup can be placed between the sidewalk and edge of the street. Please be mindful that this pickup is for yard waste only and take care not pile debris near obstructions. The Spring Cleanup Flyer has the complete details.

General Village Election
The Village of Penn Yan held a general election on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. There were three Village Trustee and one Village Justice offices to be filled. Emergency HEAP Benefit
Emergency Heap Benefit is now open, as of January 2, 2024. This benefit can help heat your home if you are in a heat or heat related emergency. Regular HEAP Benefits remain open at this time. Utility and tax payments can be made online, please click here to begin. Effective November 15, 2020 a convenience fee of $1.95 will be applied when making a ACH or e-check payment. The fee for debit and credit card payments is approximately 2.95% of the total bill.
